Provide onsite network support and troubleshooting
Partner with vendors and network teams to install new equipment
Pre-stage, image, and deploy employee computers
Manage devices through Microsoft Azure and Active Directory
Handle password resets , account access, and user management
Coordinate network changes with internal teams
Submit escalation tickets via ServiceNow
Deliver day-to-day support for phones, software, and systems (onsite & remote)
Provide remote support to sites in Canada and Orange, TX
Assist with Helpdesk coverage as needed
Degree or diploma in an IT-related field
Prior experience in IT support or customer service is a plus
Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Azure, Active Directory, and ticketing systems
Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting
