As a Project Manager with Tilsen, you'll play a key role in ensuring quality, safety, and success on a variety of commercial roofing projects. You will communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, architects, engineers, suppliers/manufacturers, and owners to ensure project and company expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning and coordination meetings with internal teams and external partners.
Manage submittals, shop drawings, material procurement, pre-task reviews, and project documentation.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Communicate effectively with field staff, subcontractors, architects, engineers, suppliers, and owners.
Assist with estimating, site verifications, material orders, and scheduling of service and repair crews.
Promote a culture of safety and inclusivity across all projects.
Experience & Qualifications:
A BS or Associate Degree in Architectural Studies, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
Prior experience working for a general contractor or subcontractor preferred.
Familiarity with OSHA standards and general safety practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and adapt to changing project needs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Edge Estimating Software and Dataforma a plus.
