Deliver iconic public aquarium construction, renovation and expansion projects across the Americas as an Advanced Aquarium Technologies Project Manager. Take a leading role working in construction and delivery teams responsible for building public aquariums from concept to grand opening with technical excellence, on-time execution, and world-class results.

This position is based out of our Houston, Texas office, and support projects in the Americas. This is a key leadership role responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and successful completion of complex projects in the Americas. We're expanding rapidly in the USA - this is an exciting time to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage all aspects of the project execution including profit & Loss, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with contractual goals.
  • Drive Construction, Manufacturing and Site Operations: Plan and oversee on-site activities to meet deadlines, adjust resources as needed, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
  • Project Coordination: Clearly define and document the project scope and specifications as outlined in the contract(s), ensuring all stakeholders have a shared understanding of the project's goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Control Risk and Costs: Mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and ensure strong cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Vendor and Contractor Collaboration: Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineering teams to achieve project goals and resolve construction challenges.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, budgets, schedules and Change Orders.
  • Innovation: Contribute creative solutions to enhance the design and delivery of world-class aquariums.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience leading construction projects
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.
  • Strong working knowledge of site operations, procurement, logistics, and HSEQ standards.
  • Confident communicator with excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly organized and detail-focused, adept at documentation, procurement oversight, regulatory liaison, and the real-time tracking of project performance.
