With base pay ranging from $50,000 - $250,000 per year, the earning potential for this role is huge! This position typically works 8-hour shifts on Monday - Friday with some weekend shifts and on-call hours.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING AND HVAC SERVICE SALES REP
In this position, you're responsible for attending to current and potential clients' needs, communicating pricing information, explaining available service options, and closing sales. You engage with customers, present proposals, and craft quotes. Additionally, you work with management to ensure that our company goals are met. At the end of the day, you wrap up and head home, knowing that you've helped people solve their plumbing issues, made some money, and gained valuable experience working in the exciting world of plumbing sales!
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A PLUMBING AND HVAC SERVICE SALES REP?
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Experience in a construction or plumbing sales position
- Knowledge about plumbing codes, standards, and pricing for Oregon and Washington
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Experience using ServiceTitan would be a huge plus. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, commercial and business acumen, and the ability to understand sales data and analytics. It's essential that you have a high level of professionalism and patience with coworkers and customers.
