Job Summary:
The On-Site Coordinator plays a key role in managing staffing operations at our client’s facility during the third shift. This position ensures efficient workforce management, client satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Staffing and Workforce Management:
- Manage employee check-ins and attendance for third-shift workers.
- Ensure proper staffing levels by coordinating schedules, shift changes, and replacements.
- Address employee concerns and provide support, including resolving work-related issues.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the client during third-shift operations.
- Maintain open communication with the client to address immediate needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide daily updates to the client and staffing company management on staffing and operational metrics.
Safety and Compliance:
- Conduct site safety checks and ensure employees adhere to safety protocols.
- Handle incident reporting and escalate issues as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education in business or staffing operations preferred.
- This position is for 3rd shift start time can vary based off need and peak season (8pm-11pm start)
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, stand, and move around the site for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various warehouse environments.
