Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Edgecliff Private Residences - Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm, with an on-call rotation every 3rd week
Pay Rate: $22 - 24/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Who You Are:
- Experience: 1+ years of maintenance experience (residential maintenance preferred).
- Skills: General maintenance knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, grounds, pool care, lighting, and more.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-friendly attitude when addressing owners' needs.
- Team Player: Collaborative and cooperative, with the ability to work well with others.
- Initiative-taking: Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Diligence: A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer and/or smartphone skills.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, auto-insurance, and a reliable truck or van for work use.
- Compliance: Submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Work Orders: Complete work orders while maintaining positive owner and Board relations and keeping the property clean and presentable.
- Maintenance Tasks: Utilize skills in pool maintenance, electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, carpentry, locks and keys, and lighting, while prioritizing demands in a busy environment.
