Corpro Visual is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Sign Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of signage, including illuminated and non-illuminated signs, channel letters, monument signs, and vinyl graphics. Experience operating a bucket truck is required. Prevailing Wage will be paid for appropriate jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely install and service commercial signage at various heights using a bucket truck, ladders, and lifts

- Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble and secure signs

- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

- Ensure installations comply with safety and quality standards

- Perform electrical wiring for illuminated signage as needed

- Conduct site assessments to plan and execute efficient installation

- Troubleshoot and repair damaged or malfunctioning signs

- Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with project managers

- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition

- Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in sign installation or related field preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial sign installation, including experience with various signage types and materials.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and installation diagrams.

- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, best practices, and equipment operation related to sign installation.

- Excellent attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Proven experience in commercial sign installation

- Ability to operate a bucket truck safely and efficiently- Strong knowledge of power tools, rigging, and installation techniques -Experience with electrical components for illuminated signs is a plus- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions -Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor -Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime
