To “WOW!!” our clients by helping get their marketing campaigns running smoothly. You are the customer’s main point of contact after they purchase their order, all the way until completion. This includes being the liaison point between the customer and our design team, mailing list experts, and our printing and mailing area teams, as well. This is a fast-paced position and requires a lot of multi-tasking and decision making. The Campaign Coordinators must be detail-oriented and organized to ensure the client’s deadlines are met. This position is responsible for ensuring that the customer is serviced perfectly and is very happy with their order!
Ultimately, we strive for flawless, 5-star customer service.
Specific Duties Include:
- Ability to navigate the computer system and e-mail system once trained
- Ability to accurately follow customer’s written or verbal instructions
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask like a Rockstar
- Willingness to provide coverage for other areas of the department as needed
- Must be able to keep composure if there’s a tight deadline or pressure.
- Reliable and responsible, the customer and the company count on this
- Pleasantly communicating with customers on the phone as well as via e-mail and live chat
Work Hours:
• Full-time in-office position
• Monday – Friday from 9-6pm with an hour lunch
Compensation:
Pay is $19.50/ hr. to start
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in customer service roles.
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm).
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook & Excel.
- Positive outlook that can be felt by our customers and our co-workers.
Characteristics of a Successful Campaign Coordinator
- Empathy : A great Campaign Coordinator can understand and relate to the needs, concerns, and emotions of our clients. Empathy creates a genuine connection and fosters trust.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Our Campaign Coordinators should be able to articulate ideas clearly, actively listen to clients, and provide effective solutions, without getting flustered.
- Problem-Solving Ability : Campaign Coordinators encounter various challenges and often they are recognizing patterns that can lead to a challenge that doesn't exist today, but most likely will exist soon if we don't solve the problem asap. We are looking for individuals who possess strong problem-solving skills, can think on their feet, and approach obstacles with a positive and proactive mindset.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to different customer personalities and navigate diverse situations is crucial. Our Campaign Coordinators should be flexible, patient, and capable of handling unexpected twists and turns.
- Emotional Intelligence : Emotional intelligence plays a vital role in understanding customer needs, managing difficult situations, and effectively resolving conflicts. We are ONLY looking for candidates who demonstrate self-awareness, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
