Carpet Pros, Charlotte's premier carpet, textile, and area rug cleaning company, is seeking experienced cleaning technicians to service our high-end clientele.
Our carpet cleaning technicians average $20 - $30 per hour, including commission and bonuses.
You will be driving a company van with top-of-the-line, direct-drive "Butler Systems", truck-mounted equipment and everything you need to help you do your job with confidence and efficiency.
Responsibilities include learning our systematic approach to making money in this industry and taking excellent care of our clients.
Carpet Pros technicians receive the best personalized, hands on training in our industry, which allows us to fulfill our company mission to "provide the most outstanding service experience possible" to our clients.
Must have at least one year of high-end carpet cleaning experience, be motivated, clean-cut, and possess positive character. Also, need to be able to lift 75 pounds comfortably.

Responsibilities
- Travel to a variety of locations to maintain and clean many different flooring types or upholstery
- Move furniture or other customers items with care to clean under and around them
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers to provide them with an excellent experience
- Work closely with other team members to complete a common goal
- Maintain all equipment used, restock supplies between cleanings, and overall foster a clean, safe work environment at all times
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
