We're seeking talented candidates for an Automotive Multicare Repair Hotline Representative position at Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to hotline phone calls from nearly 100 store locations
- Determine accurate parts pricing.
- Ensure proper workshop manual procedures are being adhered.
- Ensure labor time guides match store invoices.
Skills and Experience Preferred:
- Strong organizational, computer, and data input skills with experience in Microsoft Office programs.
This is a salaried, 45-50 hours per week, Monday-Friday full-time position with occasional Saturdays required. The position will be based in our Plano, TX. The Automotive Multicare Repair Hotline Representative will receive a competitive wage and will be eligible for paid-time-off, health, dental, and optical insurance, life and disability insurances.
